The internship takes place in the Freundeskreis Tambacounda e.V office. The tasks assigned are diverse, varying according to your area of skill. Daily secretarial work is expected, but more important is your commitment to our ongoing projects. You also have the opportunity to start your own subprojects, of which we are happy to support you in the design and planning process.

Prerequisites: 

We are searching for interns with experience in the fields of public relations, education, peace building, women’s rights, and adult education. Students of the social sciences, teaching, history, geography, and ethnology will find topics relevant to their education within our Association. Those familiar with research on the topics of stereotyping and prejudice are more than welcome.

If you feel your skills will assist the Freundeskreis Tambacounda or you would like to bring your ideas into our current work, please apply — even if you do not have experience in the aforementioned fields.

Duration: 

In order to appropriately introduce you to the Association and leave you with a comprehensive understanding of our work, the minimum duration period is set at 6 weeks; however, exceptions are possible.
